Approximately 70% of this practice`s workload is residential. 50% of this is Housing Association schemes working on major housing initiatives throughout the UK involving modern architectural design methods on metal framed and prefabricated structures. The other 50% comes from the private housing sector and includes both new build suburban schemes and conversion of listed buildings.
Other work is generated in the education (PFI), leisure and commercial sectors. The education team in particular has steadily seen it`s workload increase; the have won several major projects over recent months. The practice works closely with their Head Office situated in Hertfordshire and work is combined to utilise the most appropriate skill sets.
The team varies in age and experience and has created a good social aspect to the practice with regular outings and regional*national functions. The benefits package includes healthcare, bonus scheme, pension and extended lunch break.
